-Has been lead faculty and coordinator of two IEPs; The University of

Akron and Kent State University

-Working certified ASL/English interpreter practitioner for 35+ years

-Currently working for Sorenson Communications

-Co-author of Signs Are Everywhere

-Co-producer of I’m So Amazing: A documentary exploring disability

-Has presented locally, regionally, nationally

-Parent of two children with special needs
